Dave has been in the real estate industry since 2017 when he retired from a successful career in Human Resources in the healthcare, engineering, and manufacturing industries. His experience in HR has been a great asset to him in the real estate sphere.When asked what he likes most about his job he says “I enjoy helping real estate dreams to come true. Working with new and experienced home owners to establish a successful strategy to achieve their goals.”
Dave specializes in residential real estate in the Twin Cities with his primary focus on the southwestern metro area. He enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and finds that he can easily empathize with his clients as he has relocated across the United States six times before returning home to the Twin Cities 17 years ago. He is very familiar with the ups and downs of buying and selling a home.
If he could add one feature to his existing home it would be a four-season-porch or an outdoor pool/whirlpool.
